(un)balanced
Balance - yin and yang Competing priorities Pushing and pulling
This may be my favorite piece so far. It is "8.5 x 11" like my other pieces, but is not square - the quilting distorted the dimensions and so I left it that way.
I agree with you Michele, this is my favorite too! Your piece so beautifully illustrates the 'push and pull' and the irregularity of the shape is perfect....well done

Thanks - I think I'm proudest of the fact that the teenage artist daughter told me "good use of color"!
Michele, I really like the 'unbalanced' balance of your piece. Asymmetry has a balance all it's own, I think
