Hope is a beginning - by Cynthia Ann Morgan

Here's my little haiku art quilt:
****************
In the bare winter
the spotted towhee finds hope
in a red berry

Cynthia , this is fantastic. The towhee stands out so well with his little red berry. Such fun, fabulous work.

This is beautiful! The simplicity of both art and haiku are expressed so well! And your quilting...yikes; I can only hope to some day quilt as well. Good use of color and line. And I really like the written words.

What would we do without our birds to get us through the winter? This is very elegant in its simplicity, Cynthia, and I do so admire your machine quilting.
